Hence we feel the program can be made successful through
sharing of responsibilities. Accordingly the project has
been divided into the Five (5) time based
responsibilities as mentioned below:
1. Content generation:
12 content writers from
VMRG
International are working under this
division. This
committee is responsible for research work, updating the
latest content
and making the publication ready for production by Feb 20, every
year.
2. Fund raising team: This team will
work to generate revenue in desired manner to complete
the project successfully. Sufficient revenues need to be generated
before printing starts on Feb 21 every year.
3. Promotion team: This
team will coordinate project details sharing through
magazines, Internet, friends, groups etc. Also this team
compiles the each and every suggestion from all walks of
the life on the project and publication.
4. Distribution team: This team is responsible
for dispatching the information books to all government schools in
the state as
per list, which is updated every year. This team will also negotiate with postal department to
keep the cost of mailing low.
5. Awareness: This team is responsible for
organizing Free Awareness Sessions to the students in
the government high schools allover the state. And plans to depute one Resource Person
for every mandal of 1100 mandals in the state.
